1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates. International shipping may be introduced in the future.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Roasted-to-order products may require additional preparation time.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time within the UAE is:

• 1 to 3 business days (standard delivery)

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.

4. Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, responsibility for delivery shifts to the shipping provider. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics companies.

5. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details. Alez Coffee Roaster is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.

6. Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect information, re-delivery fees may apply.
